The BroadWare Media Platform (BMP) is a suite of server-based technologies for management, distribution and storage of video surveillance data in a network environment. This combination of commercial off the shelf (COTS) components allows systems integrators to take a "building block" approach and rapidly deploy scalable, feature-rich network surveillance systems comprising up to thousands of cameras and viewers. Our open architecture platform allows systems integrators to easily integrate their choice of third-party technologies, such as cameras, encoders and video analytics, while designing systems that evolve and scale as new technologies are introduced.

BMP is the foundation for digital video surveillance, enabling distribution of video in the right format for multiple users throughout an extended enterprise. The solution enables any authorized users on the network, at any local or remote locations, to access, view and control any cameras on the network. It provides managers limitless scalability and options for storage and retrieval of archived video data, including redundant offsite storage for disaster recovery.
